Communicate Care is a well established mobile disability service that aims to deliver holistic support and treatments across Sydney. We provide care to both adult and pediatric clients with extensive experience in special needs and non-verbal systems of communication. We strive to create a platform to achieve goals associated with each client’s needs whilst supporting development and ensuring desirable outcomes are achieved.
