What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy (OT) enables people to participate in every day tasks and activities that they find meaningful. These can include; working, playing sport, attending social events and volunteering.

OT is a client-centered profession that involves ongoing assessments to understand what you can do, any limitations, your goals/aspirations. Once an assessment has been completed, our Occupational Therapists can offer treatment by ways of advice and techniques to assist you in your day to day activities.

Communicate Care provides expert mobile Occupational Therapy Services at homes, schools, childcare centres, aged care facilities and more. Our Occupational Therapists have the resources to provide comprehensive assessments and facilitate appropriate treatment.
